In 2007, the structure of our company has changed. Nowadays we have a holding company, 3 subsidiaries and one sub-subsidiary.

Handelsmaatschappij Jan Oskam BV

All round international trading company in fresh vegetables, fruits and citrus.

Interfruct Import International BV

As subsidiary of Handelsmaatschappij Jan Oskam BV, Interfruct Import International BV only deals with (a part of) our import activities. Therefore Interfruct is not trading on the market.

C.A. Oskam Exploitatie Maatschappij BV

An operating company which exploits the stores and other real estate in Vleuten en Neerijnen.

C.A. Oskam Neerijnen B.V.

Subsidiary of the Holdingcompany which exploits the fruit orchards in Neerijnen.
